Responsible Farming

Our finca (farm) is 100% Rainforest Alliance certified and is constantly looking to new ways to ensure that production is sustainable. The coffee grows under shade trees and is hand picked, washed and sorted at the finca’s own mills. We also custom roast every bean to specification in a computerized roaster, ensuring every roast is consistent and flavorful. Immediately after the roast, we package the the coffee on premises and box for shipment to the U.S.
